While I was traveling in Sicily, I visited the island of Mozia and saw the ruins of the Tempio di Tritone.
It was written that this temple was dedicated to the horn of Tritone. This horn was installed into the wall and as the wind would blow through it, it would make an interesting music inside the temple.
I imagined what that temple would have looked like and what type of painting would have accompanied it.
This is the inspiration for this drawing.
